from Mike
Thank you
for visiting my official Website.
I am running
for Mayor because I have the experience, leadership, and
vision to improve our City and make it the best
community in DuPage County for us to live and raise our
families.
Nineteen
years ago, this community became my home. Over the past
14 years, I have become involved in as many areas of our
community as I can with the driving goal of enhancing
the quality of life for all of us who have chosen West
Chicago as our home.
In addition
to serving the Fifth Ward residents as their Alderman, I
have been Chairman of the Development Committee for the
past 4 years, during which time, our City has
experienced unprecedented commercial growth; growth that
has greatly improved our tax base, taking the tax burden
away from the residents.
At its core,
my vision is simple: to levy no new real estate taxes
from the City; to continue to attract responsible
commercial development; to maintain strong law
enforcement; to increase and improve code enforcement;
and to enhance the lines of communication between City
Hall and you, the residents.
I believe
that working together we can find solutions to the
challenges facing West Chicago. That is why I am asking
for your support in this election. Whether it is through
the donation of your time, your dollars, your good name,
or most importantly, your vote, I need your help to make
our vision a reality.
